This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and shared from users ("you") of the mobile game "Legend Words" (the "Game"), provided by Mozzaro App ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using our Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect various data to provide and improve our Game.

a) Data Automatically Collected (Via Third-Party Services):

Our Game uses the following third-party services for functionality, and these services may automatically collect data about you:

  • Device Information: Your device model, operating system version, language settings, and other technical information.
  • Identifiers: Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID – GAID), your device's IP address, and other unique identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Your in-game progress, levels played, in-app purchases (IAP) made, time spent in the game, and other in-game interactions.
  • Advertising Data: Ads you view, clicks on these ads, and your interaction with advertisements.
  • Crash Reports: Technical crash logs to analyze performance and fix errors if the Game crashes.
  • Notification Data: A device token for sending push notifications.

b) Data You Provide:

We do not currently collect direct personal information (name, email, etc.) in the game. If we add a "leaderboard" or "account" feature in the future, data such as the username you provide may be collected, and this policy will be updated.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Improve the Game: To fix errors (crash reports), improve your game experience, and develop new features.
  • To Save Your Progress: To locally save your game progress on your device via SaveManager.
  • To Serve Ads: To show you ads (interest-based or general) to offer our Game for free (Unity Ads, AdMob).
  • Analytics: To perform anonymous analyses to understand how players use the game (Firebase Analytics).
  • To Process In-App Purchases: To process and verify gold purchases you make from the store (Google Play IAP).
  • To Send Notifications: To send you push notifications about game updates and rewards (OneSignal).

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. However, your data may be shared with our business partners listed below for the purposes mentioned above. These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend you read them to understand how they process your data:

  • Gley Mobile Ads (Mediation): For managing ad networks. This service facilitates the flow of data between AdMob and Unity Ads. (No separate privacy policy is available for Gley.)

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your data. However, please remember that no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 for users in Europe). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and you become aware that your child has provided data to us, please contact us.

6. Your Rights and Choices (Opting-Out of Personalized Ads)

You can opt-out of receiving interest-based advertising (personalized ads). To do this, please use your mobile device settings:

  • For Android (Google Play): Follow the path Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

7. In-Game Store and Refunds

Our Games offer optional purchases to enhance your experience. All purchases are securely processed through the Google Play Store.

  • Gold Packs (240, 720, 1,680...)
  • Remove Ads (One-time purchase)

Refunds & Statement Information

All purchases are final. Google Play manages refund policies related to purchases. If you experience a technical issue with a purchase (e.g., product not delivered), please contact us first at info@mozzaro.app.

Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies and must be managed directly through your Google Play Store account.

Important Note: All purchases made through Google Play will appear on your bank statement under a name like "GOOGLE * MOZZARO APP" or similar.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
